What is coconut shell charcoal? Coconut shell charcoal is the carbonization of cleaned and dried mature coconut shells. This charcoal is produced without chemicals through an indirect combustion process (pyrolysis), resulting in a high-carbon, clean-burning, and low-smoke product.
